Book Printing and Binding
Our state of the art Xerox printing presses produce both colour and mono books. These can be perfect bound, oversewn or even section sewn so you can be assured that your books will be fit for purpose. Be it a one off manuscript or a small production run of paperbacks we can find the right print and binding for your books and budget.
Book Restoration
Our time served binders know how to respectfully repair damaged books, preserving them for future generations.
The aim is always to reuse as much of the original book as possible, with the aim of keeping the book looking old and of its time. From full leather binding, to cloth repairs and respines there are numerous possibilities depending upon the book in question and its present condition.
Leather Binding & Bespoke Books
Our skilled binders can make leather books in a variety of styles, from full leather, half or quarter bound leather bindings. We can produce books with raised bands, foiling, hand tooling and marble papers so that your finished book can have a traditional or more contemporary look.
Large Family Bibles
We regularly restore large family bibles. Often these have been passed on from a family member, found in the loft or inherited and its become a family treasure. With the aim of keeping as much of the original bible as possible, we can bring them back to life and save for future generations.
Its not unusual for the spine to be lost or beyond repair for such bibles but we can produce new ones that are sympathetic to the rest of the bible.
